Beware of this dodgy outfit pretending to represent Microsoft; they're after access to your computer. It's best to avoid any interaction, block them immediately, and consider using alternative numbers for your calls.

I got two calls from 01424 438871, some guy with an Asian accent insisting my Windows PC was hacked. Proper annoying, I told him straight up it’s a scam and to find a real job. Why aren’t the cops tracking these scammers and shutting them down? It’s just blatant fraud.

Got a call from a bloke claiming he was John, calling from some “Microsoft tech support” or something like that. These sort of scams keep coming, you’d think they'd have given up by now. They try to make you pay to get rid of fake viruses that aren't even there. I just told him to jog on and ended the call.

They said they were from Windows and told me there's some hacking on my computer. Then they asked me to let them in or enable some kind of lock, and I reckon it was just a way to scare me into paying up later. Proper scam artists, honestly.

Got a call claiming to be from some government dept telling me I need to hand over my card info to claim £300 compensation or else I can’t get my state pension. They said the compensation was from Microsoft or something like that. Yeah, right! I’m not falling for that rubbish. I’d rather miss out on my pension than give away my card details to strangers.
