They have the chance to charge a smaller fee but they go for the full 25% it's legal to take here in the UK, probably would charge more if it was possible. If you’re thinking ‘oh they gotta earn something’, remember this is on top of the cut they get from the losing side - basically it’s an extra chunk off YOUR PAYOUT! They could easily take just 1% or 2%, but nope, these lot want the biggest slice they can get!

Just to add, that 25% fee is the MAX they’re allowed to charge by UK law, so they really push it to take as much as they can from you. They don’t have to charge that much tho, they could easily make it 0% since it’s meant to be a success fee ON TOP of what you already pay for their work - kind of like a bonus that comes out of your own wallet!

Great service, really nice people and I can’t complain about my claim handler Andy. He explained my rights clearly and it’s mad how the insurance company only started making noise after I put my claim in, why not before then?? Society’s got a real problem these days, everyone’s just too caught up in their own stuff to see that folk are just trying to do their best to earn a crust. Who’s really the fool here? That 25% doesn’t even cover their charges - just the medical exams cost around £500 each. So how’s 25% of a claim supposed to pay for all the expenses and their salaries? Simple answer: it doesn’t - they end up getting their costs back from the insurance firm, and the 25% is only for YOUR fee, not theirs.

Is that the reason some law firms take 15% instead of 25%? I've also seen firms let you choose if you want an ATE instead of insisting you must have one. Plus, the solicitors often claim back their expenses from the insurance company when dealing with PI cases, so they get the 25% fee but also recover costs that way too.

If you want proper advice and help, remember The Injury offers a real no win, no fee deal. There’s new laws now that say lawyers can only take 25% (Vat included) from your compensation. That’s the maximum fee they’re allowed to charge, no exceptions. So if you’re still out of work and thinking you’re getting a better deal somewhere else, you’re wrong. You’re definitely not dealing with a proper legal firm ‘cos that’s the rule everywhere now. So don’t try to argue the legal stuff with Danjan, it’s just not true.

I dont get why some folks are so quick to call it a SCAM, like they just love being all doom and gloom. Honestly, when i got the call i was pretty pleased since i had no idea i was even owed something. Trust me, it’s not a scam - just be patient and see what happens :)

funny how all these bad reviews pop up, i did get a call about an accident but that was more than 3 years ago! i did get injured and was told by my insurance i could claim, which turned out to be true. maybe people should stop blaming the callers and have a look at who’s really shady here - the insurance firm.
