They’re calling people all across the UK pretending to be me. Loads of people have phoned back asking about calls they got from this number, which I never made. Oddly, none of these calls show up on my detailed phone bill. I’ve tried contacting BT to get a real person to sort this out but I keep getting stuck dealing with robots or automated menus.
