Got a call from someone with an asian accent claiming to be from e.on energy. He said my contract was coming to an end and wanted to chat about renewal prices. When I asked for the actual rates, he said he had to get his supervisor to explain everything. As soon as he tried to transfer me, I just hung up. I've been on the other side of customer service calls before, and usually the supervisor just confirms a sale. No deal from me, thanks!
