dodgy call. some woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from bt rang me. i was just about to leave so i told her and hung up. decided to check the number afterwards but found nothing on it, which was odd! tried calling it back and it turned out the number isn't even real. it seemed like a local number, starts with 01423, so i thought i'd better check it. looks like they’re using some clever tech to make it seem legit and local. definitely sounds like a scam to me.
