I picked up the phone but there was a bit of a pause before this prerecorded voice came on saying I owed £79.99 for my Amazon Prime subscription. It told me to press 1 to talk to the Amazon service manager if I wanted to cancel. Thing is, I don't even have an Amazon Prime account, so this was clearly a scam.
