They want me to ring 03332005341 (ext. 50967921) to talk about my account, but there’s no clue who it’s actually from. Since I’ve had a couple of these messages over the past two months, I reckon it’s some sort of scam and just ended up deleting them.

Got a call saying urgent legal action is about to start and my account’s been sent to a solicitor. They told me to call 0333 2005 341 straight away and give them a reference number. I checked with my phone provider and they reckon it’s a scam, so best not to ring back.
