It’s worrying that they’ve got hold of my full name, address and postcode. When I said I’d be passing her on to the police, she just put the phone down. They really ought to do something about these calls, especially as they can easily target people who are more vulnerable.

I answered the call, but the person on the other end straight away disconnected. They’ve been persistent in trying to reach me, but I’ve decided to block the number now.
