They said my phone and internet would get cut off because of some “illegal activity.” They wanted me to press 1 or 2 to talk to BT, but obviously I ignored it.BT2 yearsOn the 6th of March, I got a phone call with a prerecorded message saying there was an unauthorised charge of £900 from my debit visa card. They told me to press 1 to stop the payment from going through. Obviously, it was a trick to get my bank details and steal money straight from my account. Absolutely disgusting scam.
