This morning I got a call from 020 3318 5616 about some ITV wordsearch comp I supposedly joined. They got me to agree to a subscription costing £1.95 to send me books in the post. They asked for my card number and expiry date but didn’t want the 3-digit security code. When I tried ringing 01423 396696 to stop the subscription, the number was just dead, no answer at all.

Saw an ad on ITV about some word search game. They asked to call this number 01423 396696 but when I tried it, no one answered. Seems fishy since they try to get your bank info. Avoid it!
