My missus got a call from this number and they actually used her first name, which I thought was a bit cheeky coming from someone who doesn’t even know us. We've been getting loads of calls from them lately, all pushing funeral plans. Not sure if it's dodgy or just annoying sales tactics, but it’s pretty intrusive. Told them we’re not interested now, fingers crossed they give it a rest.
