Got a call from some bloke claiming he was with Zanussi, saying my boiler was over 11 years old, which is totally wrong. Then he switched, saying he was from EPC about my energy performance certificate. He kept going on about how his company could help me save cash because my home wasn’t energy efficient or sumthin’. I just couldn't be bothered to listen to all that nonsense, so I ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I’ve blocked them now. My boiler’s still pretty new, and I have no idea how they even got hold of my number since I’m on the TPS. So fed up with these annoying calls. If they actually needed something, they could just ring me first.

Got a call from some firm saying my boiler’s over ten years old, which isn’t true, and asking if it’s working fine, which it is. The lady wasn’t pushy at all and ended the call when I said I didn’t want any help.
