So this person calls and asks if I’m XXXXX, then says they've got some exciting news. I couldn’t really catch what they were saying so I told them to repeat, but they seemed to struggle with making it clear. Suddenly, they said they’d pass me on to a colleague and then the call ended. Weird thing is, they actually knew my name!

I just got a message from this number, seems like it’s still going in 2026. It sounded totally robotic and said something like “I have some news for you, can I confirm if this is XXXX?” Then it kinda garbled the words, said they couldn’t understand me and promised to put me through to someone else. Then it just ended. Proper sketchy!

Whenever I ring the number back, it’s like no one’s ever picking up. It seems like some kind of automated system, blasting out recorded messages nonstop from 9 in the morning till 9 at night, Monday to Saturday. Really frustrating!

Getting calls with loud breathing and a telly on in the background is really creepy and pointless. I doubt this is from any legit company coz no proper business would have their workers behave like that. It’s probably one of those debt help scams trying to snag your bank info to clean out your account! Honestly, I dunno if this is some kinda prank. They keep ringin’ nonstop and the moment I pick up, they just hang up. I’ve blocked that number but now some other one’s callin’ me and doin’ exactly the same thing.

they rang ages, finally I answered and after a pause a really quiet voice came through. I stayed quiet hoping they'd say something more but nothing, just ended the call. If you're thinking of phoning this number back, keep in mind some lines block incoming calls. I reckon this one’s just for outgoing calls and the slow response is probably cos the reps get calls pushed through automatically and answer only after the delay.

i get really wary when someone calls but dont leave a message, usually feels like a scam or some annoying telemarketer trying to push stuff on me. I just ignore those calls completely if they dont say anything. would be good to find out who they are and what they want before thinking about calling back.
