I've been dealing with a debt management firm located in Halifax, and let me tell you-it's a right nuisance. Even when I block their number, they just keep at it! They're incredibly relentless. I’ve attempted ringing them back, only to be greeted by a robotic voice insisting that I stay on the line because "your call is crucial" to them. Ridiculous! I've even had a go at sending them a text, but it's all been in vain. This has dragged on for several months now, with them bombarding me up to three times a day-there's been a deluge of around ten calls in the last few days alone! It’s high time Action Fraud stepped in to do something about this!
