4 yearsIt seems someone is posing as Lloyd's Bank.Lloyd ' s Bank6 yearsI've received a couple of calls from this number and I made it clear that I wouldn't provide any information over the phone on both occasions. They then sent me a text containing a reference number along with a phone extension for me to call back. I decided to ring my bank first, using the number on the reverse of my card for peace of mind. They confirmed that the reference number matched an old complaint I'd lodged some time ago and assured me that it was fine to engage with them. Given the rampant scams these days, one must remain vigilant.
