They detailed the amounts involved and prompted me to hit '1' if I wanted to confirm everything was hunky-dory or '2' to have a chat with someone about it. This was all part of the recorded message, mind you! I decided against engaging, as there are absolutely no dodgy transactions on my card. Quite the nuisance, really!
