I picked up the phone, but there was just a ghostly silence on the other end. Quite odd, isn’t it? Then, to my surprise, they rang me once more, and this time someone actually spoke up, trying to sell me a service to keep those pesky calls at bay. I politely declined, letting them know it wasn't really my cup of tea.

Got a call from these guys three times, ignored the first two but picked up on the third. No one said anything on the other end. If it was something serious, surely they’d have left a message, right? Seems like a scam to me.

Got a call on my mobile earlier and the voice on the other end seemed like a woman, maybe from India, but it was really hard to make out because the audio kept cutting in and out. I told them a few times I couldn’t really hear what they were saying, but the line kept breaking up until they finally just hung up. Right after, I got a message from my phone company asking if it might have been a scam. I’m leaning towards it being a dodgy call coming from India, even though the number showed up as a Halifax one. Still, can’t say for certain given how distorted it was.

Got another call today, the first one was quiet but this one wasn’t. The bloke said he was from some call blocking company, saying he’d be sorting out my call blocking and stopping all those pesky telemarketers ringing me. Strange sort of call, if you ask me.
