I got a call from a woman claiming she had a PPI payout waiting for me, but said she had to verify some details first. She asked for my address, my DOB and whether I had life insurance. Since I do, she passed me onto a bloke who asked the same questions again. He then said I needed to be paying at least £10 per month on life insurance to qualify for the payout. After that, he mentioned he’d check with his manager and call me back. Pretty clear this isn’t any sort of legit PPI cheque - total scam!
