10 yearsInitially, it began with those incessant phone calls, and each time I picked up, they would simply cut off the line. After a few months, they finally started answering, and now, I'm inundated with calls-sometimes up to ten a day, I kid you not! Just four days ago, I lost my cool with a woman who called. I’ve been repeatedly requesting that they delete my information from their records, yet every person I communicate with assures me that they'll take care of it immediately. Clearly, that hasn’t happened, as the calls just keep coming. I get that everyone needs to make a living, but for heaven's sake, the constant ringing is beyond vexing! I've even pleaded to speak with a manager, but isn’t it amusing how they are never available? The last individual I spoke to claimed to be the supervisor and promised action just yesterday.
