This is a total scam that I’ve come across. I’ve gone ahead and informed loads of organisations like Citizens Advice, National Trading Standards, Fraud Helpline UK, the Telephone Preference Service, and even Friends Against Scams. Also reported to Interpol and Companies House. The director, Rodrigue Ullens, seems to be using an address at VOXBONE 489 Avenue Louise in Brussels, Belgium. The UK registered number for the business is FC032435. Avoid these lot at all costs!

I picked up and after a bit of silence the person asked, 'Is this Sharn, by any chance?' I told them I don't think they had the right number. Then they went on with this really loud rehearsed spiel. This happened two times within like 30 minutes.

So, I came across this company called Voxbone SA. They’re actually from Belgium, right in Brussels at 489 Avenue Louise, if you’re curious. There’s a guy named Rodrigue Ullens connected to them. Besides that, they also have a couple of addresses in London - one’s at 16 Upper Woburn Place, WC1H 0AF, and the other’s at The Podium, 1 Evershott Street in Kings Cross, NW1 2DN. Might be useful info for anyone trying to track them down.
