I phoned about whether I qualified for solar panels, but I could hear people chuckling and chatting with each other in the background.

I got a call from someone saying they were with the big six and wanted to send out a surveyor, supposedly funded by the government, to check my house for any energy wastage.

They asked me if I was Mrs ##### and then mentioned something about efficiency from last week. I said “what?” and the call just cut off. I looked up the number on your site afterwards and glad to see others had similar experiences. I’m on the TPS list too.

They rang me up and knew my name, said they were carrying out a survey about energy efficiency around my area. They wanted to pop by and have a look to see if there was any heat escaping or something like that.

got a call from a woman who asked for me by my name. i confirmed that it was me, then she just ended the call abruptly. seemed like some sort of call centre, but no idea why she didn’t keep chatting. got me thinking how she managed to get my name since i’m on the do not list.

I’m signed up with TPS, yet this company, Green Energy Solutions, keeps ringing me up. Lately, I just got a voicemail recording, but usually when I tell them I’m on the TPS list, they get pretty nasty and start swearing at me. It’s really annoying.
