Was feeling a bit fed up with these sorts of calls today so I decided to pick up. When I asked if they actually knew me by name, they didn’t give a clear answer. Then I politely asked them who it was but heard a rude word before they just cut me off. Pretty sure it was either a scam or just some annoying cold call, so I’ve blocked the number now.

Avoid dealing with ECO SAVE GLASS LTD, formerly known as Crown Glazing and Crown Telemarketing - they're managed by awful folks named Imran and Umran Khan. Last I heard, their Preston office even had bailiffs turn up because they didn’t settle their debts. Plus, they still haven’t paid their staff for weeks now. Honestly, it's a pretty dodgy outfit, especially because they keep customer deposits and never give them back. Stay clear!
