Think it was one of those dodgy scam calls. Definitely didn’t sound legit to me.

I got a call from someone trying to get me to take part in a survey about Transport for Wales. They wanted me to spend about 20 minutes going through it, which I really didn't have time for.

Had an encounter with a rather unprofessional lady from the Phoenix Group, who seemed to be affiliated with Sunlife. She was quite pushy and rather impolite, failing to clarify who she was actually representing. Considering I’m not even a client of theirs, it’s safe to say they’re a right bunch of jokers!
