I keep getting calls from numbers like this one, probably cold callers or scammers, either way it’s just annoying and not something I’m interested in.

The caller used my first name straight away and claimed they were from a housing repair company linked to the council and tenants. They then began questioning me about whether I rented privately or from the council. It’s worrying how much info these scammers seem to have.
