Got a call saying I needed to renew my card machine for my business but I’ve never even owned one. Sounds like a total scam trying to get my info.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Yorkshire Payments, saying they were contacting us because we’re a local firm. When I told him we’re registered with the TPS, he didn’t seem to know they’re not supposed to do sales calls. He kept insisting he was just trying to introduce their company and make a sale, then said it wasn’t bothering me much so why did it matter? Honestly, not the best grasp of TPS rules for a company that’s supposed to be trustworthy!
