Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach. I told her I’m not a BT Openreach customer, and then she tried saying they owned companies like Tree and EE. I corrected her, explaining that BT Openreach only owns the cables those companies use, not the companies themselves. That seemed to confuse her, and she just hung up.
