A chap claiming to be Fezza from Swinton Insurance rang me up, looking for a certain Nigel Dennis. Apparently, this gent's been using my landline for the past two or three years. Funny thing is, we’ve been in this house for 31 years, and our BT number has remained unchanged all that while. What’s got me worried is that I stumbled upon an article in the local rag mentioning a Nigel Dennis who was banged up for 17 months on fraud charges. There's been talk about me possibly changing my BT number, but honestly, why on earth should I have to do that because of some dodgy character?
