I got a call claiming there was some issue with my internet. They wouldn’t tell me what type of plan I’m on or even how much I’m paying monthly. When I kept asking for details, they just cut the call - felt like a total scam! Also, they contacted me a couple of times before from a different 01420 number. I double-checked with BT and they said they never tried to get in touch with me.
