Somebody rang me pretending to be from BT, said they could make my internet faster, then asked me to go on a certain website. I played along and kept them chatting for a good five minutes. Eventually, I asked if I’d been wasting their time, and they replied “you're not wasting my time, sir.” Then I told them, “well, you’re wasting mine,” and they called me “a very stupid person” before slamming the phone down.
