Just got a call from a guy who somehow knew my first name. He started talking about some government rule where they make you sell your house if you need care. Since I don’t own the place, he wondered if it belonged to my partner and asked if he’d be open to a chat. My partner happened to be right beside me and quickly said ‘NO’. Not sure if it’s some sort of scam, but honestly, I really can’t stand unexpected calls like this.

Be careful out there. If you're thinking about writing a will, always go straight to a properly qualified solicitor near you. Don’t ever believe a random cold call!!!
