Total scam, just block the number straight away. They try to pretend they're from Amazon Prime and then call again from a different number with another scam about your internet being shut off. They ring at odd hours day and night - definitely fraudsters. Don’t pick up, just block them!

dodgy call. first got a recorded voice saying my internet would get cut off, but when i finally got to talk to someone live, she was going on about my amazon prime subscription instead. felt off to me.
