Got a silent call from 01420 513683 at about 9:19am on Wednesday 2/11/22, lasted roughly 11 seconds before it just went dead with no one saying anything.

Most of these calls come from auto diallers. Best tip is to not say anything, it messes them up. If there's no quick reply or voice, just end the call fast. Nearly all silent auto dialler calls are either scams or just annoying. None of the people I know use auto diallers! If I hang up, they usually ring back again.
