I got a call from someone with an eastern European accent who was really unpleasant and kept throwing personal insults at me. They refused to say who they were or why they were calling. I’m a woman, and they even said I sounded like a bloke! Not exactly the best way to win customers, if you ask me.

I absolutely can’t stand these kinds of phone calls. You answer the line, and it’s just dead air on the other end. It sends chills down my spine! I can’t help but picture some maniac lurking outside my window, watching me as I respond-like something straight out of a thriller film!
