number was blocked so i just ignored it, didn’t know who it was anyway

a woman with an asian accent called about insulating my loft, said she was there to do an inspection. i explained that it was a council house and that i rent it directly from them. as soon as i said that, she just lost interest and hung up. pretty sure she figured since i was renting, i wouldn’t have much cash, so not worth bothering to try to scam me or check the property for anything to nick.
