A chap rang me claiming to be from BT Outreach. Oddly enough, he addressed me by name! When I queried how he'd obtained it, he insisted it was from Facebook. I informed him that I don’t even have a Facebook account, to which he brazenly called me a "Liar!" That was the last straw, and I promptly ended the call. Quite the cheek, really!
