Got a call with loads of background chatter like a call centre, then this guy with an Asian accent claimed he was from BT's tech support saying my internet was hacked or something. Complete rubbish, definitely just another scam. I don't understand how BT just lets these fraudsters pretend to be part of their company on the phone. Guess they're cashing in on these calls somehow.
