I kept waiting but there was nobody who answered when I picked up the phone.

Some woman phoned me saying she was from BT and that my internet had some kind of issue. She asked me to ‘log on’ so she could fix it for me. It definitely seemed dodgy to me, like a scam or something.

Got a call with no one there, just silence. Felt like a ghost number or something. Pretty odd and kind of creepy, to be honest.
