I got this robotic voice on the phone saying my BT IP is somehow messing up the entire internet worldwide, and if I don't hit 1 to talk to a "tech expert" who'll send a replacement router, they'll cut my landline in a day or two. Honestly, not bothered much since my phone’s actually through Virgin Media cable. Gotta admit, sounded kinda cool being a secret villain for a moment! Not quite a Blofeld-type with a white cat, but I wouldn't mind having a pet to stroke now and then!
