At about 9.37 in the morning I got a call from 02031296467, then at 12.05pm the same day another one from 01418819509. Both were exactly the same automated warning supposedly from "Bank Security". They said there had been two big spends recently (£300 on Amazon and £1,200 on some money transfer), claiming these were new transactions. They kept telling me to press 1 to cancel the purchases and all that nonsense. It’s maddening when you get these robo calls, no real person to argue back to!
