I told her she wasn’t from BT, but she kept insisting very loudly that she was and said I'd be charged. I just laughed it off, which made her angry, and she started shouting insults in a language I didn’t understand before hanging up. FYI, BT doesn’t use Voxbone SA for their phone lines either.
