I received a call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, saying they were sorting out a discount for my contract. I informed them that I’m not a Vodafone customer, and to my surprise, they quickly corrected themselves, stating they were from O2 instead. I then clarified that I don’t have any contract with O2 either, and just like that, they ended the call! Quite an odd encounter, if you ask me.

I was instructed to ring them back, and they assured me they'd take me off their contact list. Honestly, I’m not convinced that’ll happen.
