I had a rather unpleasant experience with a call handler who was shockingly discourteous when I inquired about the lengthy wait time after my call was picked up and asked for her identity. The woman, sporting a thick Scouse accent, had the audacity to label me with an 'attitude issue' before abruptly terminating the call. I barely had any opportunity to request that they take my name off their list. I only picked up because the number appeared local. Quite frankly, it was utterly appalling.
