Spoke to a woman with a thick Liverpudlian accent who was really rude when I asked why it took ages to get anyone on the line and who she was. She said I had an “f...g attitude” and just cut me off before I could even ask her to take me off their call list. I only picked up because the number showed as local. Proper awful experience.
