At first I wasnt sure who this number belonged to, but it turns out it was Mason Buxton, a general manager at BT’s Glasgow branch. Honestly, he’s been much more helpful than anyone I’ve dealt with from BT in the last three years, which have been pretty frustrating. I can’t say for certain yet if everything’s sorted for good, but he definitely fixed the problems I was having and so far, no new issues. I’m definitely saving his number because he’s the only person at BT who talks to me like a real person, not some robot reading off a script.
