2 yearsI got a call from a woman from Liverpool asking about an “accident” I supposedly had. When I told her I hadn’t, she got really rude and even swore at me, using a horrible four letter word. When I said “excuse me?”, she just laughed like it was a joke. Being 70 years old, I found that really offensive.
