This guy rang me saying he was from Claims Services Group, claiming they got my info from the Motor Insurance Bureau regarding a no-fault claim. He insisted it was about moving forward with my personal injury case. I asked him if he was calling from Glasgow, and he said yes. So, I kept him chatting for a good five minutes before I told him I don't even live anywhere near Scotland... total muppet!
