i got a call from someone who knew my name and said they were sorting out my accident claim so they could close it. i asked what company they were with but she said only the manager could say that, and that she couldn’t tell me. so i asked to talk to a manager and she said there wasn’t one available. i told her she was breaking the GDPR rules that started in may 2018 by not giving me the info. then she said they’d delete my details from their system and just hung up on me!
