Got a call saying it was Carphone Warehouse about a mobile upgrade. It all sounded legit at first, but they wanted loads of personal info that didn’t really add up. They said they'd email me to confirm, but the email address they gave - info@carphoneswarehouse - popped up on other sites as suspicious, and I even noticed there was an 's' in the web address which made me more wary.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT's tech support. They kept ringing me up all the time, mostly when I'm busy or can't answer. Definitely a dodgy scam.
