4 yearsI received a rather bothersome phone call today, inquiring about a car accident that I can assure you I’ve never been involved in. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!5 yearsI received a call from someone who claimed to have exciting new mobile phone offers for me. He then inquired about my current mobile contract fee. When I probed about his location, he suddenly adopted this bizarrely theatrical tone, exclaiming things like 'oh my goodness!' It took a turn for the odd when he continued with inappropriate questions about my bust size, asking whether I was a 32 or 34. At that juncture, I informed him that I would be escalating the matter to the authorities, which elicited a chuckle from him and a plea not to proceed with that. At that point, I simply ended the call. Quite bizarre, really!5 yearsJust as I thought, it turned out to be a total scam.5 yearsRight from the start, this call seemed fishy and my phone quickly showed it was a scam. Couldn't have been more obvious.5 yearsA young lady named “Mia” rang me up asking to verify my identity, then mentioned she was reaching out to discuss a slight bump I had. I informed her that her claim was incorrect and promptly ended the call.Mia5 yearsSo i picked up the phone, and the person asked if it was x speaking. I told them, what is it you want? then they just ended the call and blocked me. Weird!X5 yearsi keep getting calls from these fraudsters asking about some miss hanna wilson and this supposed car crash claim. i usually pretend to be interested for a bit, then i ask if they enjoy working at a dodgy scam call centre. they just drop the call straight away, so cheeky!Hanna Wilson5 yearsmy phone flagged this as spam, but I’m not sure who it could be, anyone got any idea?5 yearsThat number, 041-769-0581, keeps ringing me up asking for a Miss Hanna Wilson about some accident claim scam. I usually mess with them a bit first, then hit them with a question about enjoying a job in a scam call centre, and they just cut me off! So disrespectful. Why don’t our phone companies crack down on these nasty callers? It’s so annoying!Hanna Wilson5 yearsJust received a cheeky call from what I gather is Motor Assist UK. It was right on the heels of an earlier call from another number (020 4520 1665, linked to the same lot), where they were pestering me and questioning why I seemed so 'cross' after I asked the previous caller to leave me alone! Honestly, I'd suggest you just ignore and block both of these numbers!Motor Assist UK5 yearsI received a call from someone purporting to be from Motor Assist UK, allegedly having got my details from the UK Insurance Group. They asserted that I’d been involved in an accident over the past year and a half, stating that it was a minor collision caused by another driver, resulting in damages exceeding £500. However, as soon as I began to probe them for further information, they abruptly hung up, continually interrupting me and pressuring me to acknowledge this supposed incident. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!Motor Assist UKUK Insurance Group5 yearsI received a call asking for someone I clearly am not. When I inquired who was on the line, they abruptly disconnected.
