When I'm at work, I usually keep my personal phone off, and anyone who needs to get hold of me during the day knows to ring my work line. Just had a look at my personal phone and noticed these folks have called five times over the past couple of days. If it was really urgent, surely they'd leave a message? They can keep ringing all they want, but unless there's a voicemail explaining who they are and what it's about, I'm not bothering to call back.

I picked up the phone and they asked if I was someone named X. I told them to just say what they wanted, then they suddenly ended the call and blocked me!
