Just had a right strange experience - a bloke showed up at my door saying he was from some company that helps cut down your bills. He gave me this number that said it was Scottish Power. He told me to ring them up and say I wasn’t their customer anymore. Then, I noticed he hung about nearby, listening in while I was on the call, all the while scrolling through his texts. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

When I asked why they were calling me since I’m not a customer, the person said it was exactly because I’m not with them - they wanted to chat about energy prices and see if I'd consider switching over.
